Grilled Bread Bowl Panzanella Salad

2 Cups Sliced Fresh Mozzarella Cheese
2 Cups Chopped Heirloom Tomatoes
1 ea Large Bread Bowl
1 Cup Red Wine Vinaigrette
1/4 Cup Sliced Red Onion
1/4 Cup Julienned Fresh Basil
3 oz. Olive Oil
3 oz. Shaved Parmesan

1.Heat your grille medium hi heat
2.Cut top off of the bread bowl and hallow out the bread bowl. Save the bread to grille later.
3.Wash and cut your vegetables cut up and slice your cheese.
4.Lightly coat your bread bowl, bread top and bread that was hallowed out of the bread bowl with extra virgin olive oil.
5.Grille bread on all sides until slightly charred.
6.Cube up the grilled bread except for the bowl.
7.Toss cut bread, vegetables, fresh basil, fresh mozzarella cheese, red wine vinaigrette, sea salt and pepper in a mixing bowl and toss. To present your salad, place the bread bowl in the middle of the plate and fill it with the salad.
8.Garnish with fresh cut basil and shaved parmesan.
